John J. (Jack) Woods, CPA

John J. Woods (Jack) is a CPA, entrepreneur, and consultant.  He was a senior accountant for an international public accounting and consulting firm.  Mr. Woods worked with clients such as May Department Stores, Rawlings Sporting Goods, Famous-Barr Division, General Dynamics, Bussmann, ITT Financial, Sigma-Aldrich and Colgate-Palmolive.

He has founded and co-founded a number of successful small businesses.  Mr. Woods speaks on topics including: Financial Management of the Emerging Business and Explode Your Profits (a 3-Day Workshop).  Within an international partnership, he is co-creator of the entrepreneurial business management system FOCUSED-MANAGEMENT^TM.

Mr. Woods has  practiced public accounting since 1973 and specializes in working closely with entrepreneurial companies.
